Because the pandemic has required some changes to our traditional summer sessions, Camp Chickagami will offer Camp-at-Home once more during Summer 2021 for those unable to join us in Presque Isle.
Camp at Home is a virtual camp program that brings some of the great things about camp (nature, games, crafts, worship) to your home. All participants will receive a box of very important camp gear and activities to explore. Additionally, each week via Zoom join your favorite camp staff and volunteers for projects, songs, and activities geared around our summer theme, "Compassion Camp".
More details, including Camp-at-Home registration, will be available soon.
Our program will include:
- Crafts
- Activities
- Worship
- Songs
- Silliness
This program is flexible, meaning, if you're totally screened out (we are too!) the online activities are totally optional and will be recorded, if you need to watch later.
You’re Invited!

CAMP IN A BOX
What can you expect in your activities box? A mixture of activities, reminders of Camp Chick, and some camp gear!
The contents are still being compiled, but you can expect some crafting materials, simple games, and a t-shirt!
ZOOM SESSIONS
Our long-time staff and volunteers will host Zoom sessions for at-home campers to play some games, perhaps do some activities, and to discuss our summer theme, "Compassion Camp". The Zoom calls are flexible and optional, meaning - if you're totally Zoom-ed out and on screen-overload, we get it.
Our sessions follow all of our diocesan online safety guidelines, including the use of passwords and other security features.
